What Information We Collect
Account basics
There is no long signup form on XMingle. An account may be created automatically when the connected chat platform requires one, and in that case we hold basic identifiers — an account ID, your age confirmation status, and any settings you choose inside the experience.
Device and log data
Like every website, our servers record standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to keep the service running, diagnose problems, and detect abuse.
Camera and microphone
Your browser asks for camera and microphone permission before a video match, and that permission is used for one thing only: delivering the live call between you and your match. We do not record your video chats. Two honest boundaries belong here. A private match is one-on-one, but it is not end-to-end encrypted, and no service can prevent the person on the other side from capturing their own screen — share accordingly.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. These tools run only after you accept analytics in the consent banner, and the events they receive never include message content, camera or microphone data, or who you matched with.
How We Use Your Information

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the site on our behalf — hosting, infrastructure, and (with your consent) analytics — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it serves a purpose. XMingle uses two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site functioning — remembering your age confirmation and consent choice, for example — and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies (GA4 and Clarity) are optional and load only after you accept them. Declining analytics does not limit any feature of the site.
Adults Only — No Children's Data
XMingle Live is strictly limited to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it and the data attached to it. If you believe a minor is using the service, report it immediately through the in-app report tool or by emailing us.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently rather than buried. Continuing to use XMingle after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
