These terms are the agreement between you and XMingle Live. They cover who may use the service, what behavior is expected in every video chat, how paid features work, and what happens when someone breaks the rules. By using XMingle, you accept them.

The Service
XMingle Live (https://xmingle.live) is an independent random video chat service for adults. It pairs you with women and other adults for one-on-one video conversations, offers a browsable list of who is online and a short video feed, and runs entirely in a modern browser. The service is free to start; optional paid features may be offered inside the app.
Eligibility — 18 and Over, No Exceptions
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use XMingle. This is a hard condition, not a guideline. By entering the chat experience you confirm that you meet it. We remove any account we learn belongs to a minor, and we may report suspected underage use to the appropriate authorities.
Your Account and Your Responsibility
There is no long signup form; an account may be created automatically when the connected platform requires one. Whatever form your account takes, you are responsible for everything that happens through it. Keep access to your device to yourself, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using your account.
Acceptable Use
Every match is with a real person, and these rules apply to every conversation. You may not:
- use the service for anything illegal, or to plan or promote anything illegal;
- involve, solicit, or depict anyone under 18 in any way — this is absolute;
- harass, threaten, degrade, or target another person;
- record, screenshot, or capture another person without their explicit consent, or share intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- ask matches for money, gift cards, or financial information, or run any kind of scam or solicitation;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity in a harmful way, or scrape, spam, or automate access to the service.
If someone on the other side breaks these rules, end the match and use the report and block tools — the Safety Center explains how. Reports are how violators get removed.
Content and Conduct
You keep whatever rights you have in the content of your own conversations. By using the service you give us the limited permission needed to transmit your video and audio to your match — nothing more. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these terms, but we do not pre-screen private conversations, and we are not responsible for what another user says or does. Your judgment, and the exit button, are the first line of defense.
Paid Services
XMingle is free to start. If optional paid features are offered, the price, billing period, and any renewal terms shown inside the app at the moment of purchase govern that purchase. We may change pricing or introduce paid features over time, and we do not promise that any part of the service will remain free forever. Questions about a charge go to [email protected].
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using it — including who you will be matched with. No advice or information from us creates a warranty beyond what is stated here.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, XMingle Live and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or harm arising from interactions with other users — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, the minimum liability the law permits applies.
Termination
You can stop using XMingle at any time — leaving a match is instant, and account deletion is available on request. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms, immediately and without refund where the violation is serious. Sections that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms — survive termination.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, start by emailing [email protected] — most issues resolve faster informally than any other way. Where informal resolution fails, disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date, and material changes will be flagged. Continuing to use XMingle after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

No. Recording, screenshotting, or capturing another person without their explicit consent is prohibited under these terms, and doing it may also violate the law where you or they live.
What happens if I break the rules?
We may remove your content, suspend your access, or terminate your account, depending on the violation. Serious violations — anything involving minors, for example — lead to immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
Can I stop using XMingle whenever I want?
Yes. You can leave any match instantly, stop using the service at any time, and request deletion of your account data through [email protected].
